Search to Public NTRL is free but in order to display a full text document you would need to register. Registration is free but Terms and Conditions of use need to be signed.

Public NTRL is open to all users for search and retrieval of bibliographic information.

If you are coming from outside the United States and would like to display a full text document you are required to subscribe to Premium NTRL.
Premium NTRL outside the United States is available on subscription for $300.00 US per year.

One of the features of Premium NTRL are Advanced Search capabilities, US users are able to subscribe to Premium NTRL for $200.00 US per year.
