Abstract	This report, conducted by Arkel International, Inc., was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. This project concerns the development of new warehouse facilities at the Port of Conakry and at the International Airport of Conakry to support the increasing import/export activity of Guinea. A two phase plan of action is suggested by Arkel. This is Volume 1 and it consists of the following sections.
