| Abstract |
The document discusses the objectives of an air carrier internal evaluation program and describes the key elements of the internal evaluation process. Chapter 2 summarizes the principal features of an effective internal evaluation organization and process. This is used in conjunction with the information in Appendices 1, 2, and 3 to assist a certificate holder with the development and implementation of its own internal evaluation program. Chapters 3, 4, and 5 are intended to help a certificate holder develop its own specific audit plans to be performed under the structure proposed by the internal evaluation concept. Chapter 6 summarizes forms of FAA assistance that may be available to certificate holders carrying out internal evaluation programs. |
