Abstract The Instruction cancels DoD Instruction 4105.61, February 1, 1968. It authorizes the establishment of the DoD Procurement Coding Manual which will be used in coding the 'Individual Procurement Act Report', (DD Form 350), and the 'Monthly Procurement Summary by Purchasing Office' (DD Form 1057) prescribed by Armed Services Procurement Regulation, Section XXI.
