Abstract	A preliminary survey was conducted as part of the control technology assessment of the electronic components industry (SIC 3674). The study was conducted for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency contract through an Interagency Agreement with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. The preliminary survey was conducted to identify and evaluate the control technology used to control emissions and work exposures. The information obtained from the preliminary survey will be used to select sites for the detailed control technology assessment. The preliminary survey was conducted on August 12, 1981, at Intel Corporation, 5000 W. Williams Field Road, Chandler, Arizona.
