Abstract |
The fifth volume of the NIOSH Manual of Analytical Methods contains 57 methods for monitoring toxic substances. The NIOSH procedures give step by step information and instructions on how to monitor for toxic chemicals found in the workplace. Each method is explained in 10 sections that include a synopsis; working range; sensitivity and detection limit; interferences; precision and accuracy; advantages and disadvantages; apparatus; procedure; calibration and standardization; and calculations. |
