Abstract	The proceedings of a conference on the human reproductive effects of 1,2-dibromochloropropane (96128) (DBCP) are presented. The conference was held in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 19 and 20, 1977, and was sponsored by NIOSH. Contributed papers on the following topics are included: findings of reproductive surveys of DBCP exposed male workers at Occidental Chemical Company, Dow, and Shell; establishment of human semen quality standards; methods used to determine infertility; DBCP mutagenicity; analytical methods; protective measures; and the effects of ethylene-dibromide (106934) exposure.
