Abstract |
Tabulated data are provided on industrial hazard potentials identified during 1972 to 1974 National Occupational Hazard Survey. Survey data were collected from approximately 5,000 businesses in the United States. Ninety three data tables are presented on the types and sizes of the businesses surveyed, provision of medical, industrial hygiene, and safety services, exposure estimated for the 200 most common hazards by industry, exposure estimates by job title, and control measures. Procedures used for sample selection, data collection and processing, and data retrieval also are reviewed. |
