Abstract	Instructor manual for a one week 'Industrial Hygiene Chemistry' course, designed to give program graduates expertise in environmental sampling and analysis. Lesson 6 encompasses uses, conditions, and sampling constraints for visible light, ultraviolet, infrared and fluorescence spectrophotometry.
