Diethylcarbamoyl Chloride - Measurements Research Branch, Analytical Method.

PB80193378

Publication Date 1980
Page Count 11
Abstract A known amount of air is drawn through a sorbent tube containing Porapak P to trap the analyte present. The Porapak P is transferred to a small stoppered sample container and the analyte is desorbed with ethyl acetate. An aliquot of the resulting solution is injected into a gas chromatograph equipped with a flame ionization detector. The area of the resulting peak is determined and compared with areas obtained from the injection of standards.
