Abstract	The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is sponsoring research, development, and demonstration programs to provide improved safety, performance, speed, reliability, and maintainability of rail transportation systems at reduced life-cycle costs. A major portion of these efforts is related to improvement of the dynamic characteristics of rail vehicles, track structures, and train consists. The Revised User's Manual reflects current modifications in output format which have been written into the Dynalist II program.
