Abstract	This report describes an interface between a mini-computer and a peripheral device. The logic used to develop the device is discussed briefly, after which the device is described in detail and complete construction and operational details are given. The authors believe that this report will aid, not only in duplicating this device, but also in designing similar devices for different uses.
