Abstract The zoning ordinance is a revision of the existing zoning ordinance of Pikeville and is the second ordinance prepared for Pike County and Elkhorn City, Kentucky. This ordinance contains regulations and administrative enforcement provisions for agricultural, residential, commercial, industrial and flood plain districts established herein.
