Abstract The report presents a scope of the GRAS survey, including explanation of data in Tables 1A through 16. This report is also concerned with the survey on flavoring ingredients and adjuncts. The main body of the report is comprised of 16 tables of data in computer printout form, together with 58 exhibits containing additional information and explanatory notes on the tables. The 41 pages of discussion material serve to describe the methods and documents used in collecting and processing the data, and to provide commentary on the evaluation and interpretation of the data thus obtained.
