Abstract	The City-County Zoning Ordinance includes a text containing provisions concerning permitted and/or prohibited land uses; intensity of residential and other types of development; locations and use of buildings on the land; bulk, coverage, and height of structures; yard requirements; and other requirements considered necessary and desirable for the various types of residential, commercial, and industrial districts. The text also deals with definitions of terms, non-conforming uses and structures, exceptions to and modifications of the zoning requirements, enforcement, appeals, and amendments.
