Abstract The construction will provide a 24-hour landing area capable of accommodating substantially all propeller aircraft of less than 12,500 pounds; it is required to meet the aviation needs of Mason and Fleming County areas. There are no known adverse environmental effects identified with this development other than those minimum 'short term' effects that are normally associated with construction.
