Abstract The purpose of the report is to determine efficacy of Mentors Offering Maternal Support (M-O-M-STM) program for decreasing prenatal maternal anxiety and depression while building self-esteem and resilience and evaluate patterns of pro- and anti-inflammatory biomarkers in pregnancy and relationship to psychosocial measures.
