Abstract We recently completed our investigation to address allegations that while serving as Commander, U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM), then-General (GEN) William E. Ward engaged in multiple forms of misconduct related to official and unofficial travel, misused a Government vehicle, misused Official Representation Funds, wasted Government funds, and misused his position.
