Abstract The project is located in Ray County, Missouri, but covers approximately two miles of Route 210 in Clay County. The environmental impact of the three routes, which are dependent on each other, is considered in the statement. An adverse effect of the project will be the taking of the necessary right-of-way for construction. Farm land will be taken out of production, a few rural improvements will be taken as well as several homes in Richmond, and some wildlife habitat will be destroyed. (Author)
