| Abstract |
The goal of the research was to evaluate the potential costs and benefits of eliminating license plate registration stickers as part of Pennsylvania's registration renewal process. The research was divided into two main tasks: Task 1 consisted of a comprehensive literature review and a survey of U.S. and Canadian licensing agencies; and Task 2 involved a cost/benefit analysis of eliminating license plate stickers. The result is a set of options for Pennsylvania and an evaluation plan to assess the effectiveness of the selected option. |
