Abstract	This report presents the test results from the second phase of a continuing, government-industry study designed to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the structure and mechanical properties of ice samples obtained from multi-year pressure ridges. We are particularly interested in the mechanical properties of multi-year ice, as multi-year pressure ridges may govern the design of offshore structures in exposed areas of the Beaufort and Chukchi Seas.
