Abstract |
The objective of the ETV AMS Center is to verify the performance characteristics of environmental monitoring technologies for air, water, and soil. This report provides results for the verification testing of the Abraxis Ecologenia (Trade Name) Ethynylestradiol (EE2) Microplate ELISA test kit. The following is a description of the test kit, based on information provided by the vendor. The EE2 microplate ELISA test kit applies the principle of ELISA to determine EE2 in water samples. The EE2 microplate ELISA kit uses a colorimetric procedure to detect EE2. |
