Abstract The AQIM Handbook covers background information about the Government Performance Results Act (GPRA) and its influence to integrate risk analysis and risk management into PPQ's Agriculture Quarantine Inspection (AQI) program. With that introduction, the Handbook then provides necessary information about statistics, risk analysis, and a sampling process to provide the foundation for implementing AQIM. Next, the Handbook provides guidelines and instruction for setting up designated locations for AQIM. The remainder of the Handbook is divided into pathway sections.
