Abstract This grant proposal examined the effects of the estrogenic pesticide methoxychlor (MXC) on the female reproductive system. The female reproductive system in three distinct physiological states served as the target for examining the action of this pesticide. The effects of MXC were evaluated on the reproductive system of the non-pregnant female, the pregnant female and the neonatal female mouse.
