Abstract This report evaluates the feasibility of establishing offshore finfish mariculture operations in the northern Gulf of Mexico. A component of this analysis was an evaluation of what has transpired in the last two or three decades in other countries around the world. Extensive literature reviews on many aspects of these operations were performed.
