Abstract	TOODY II-A is a FORTRAN code for computing the solution to wave propagation probelms in two dimensions. It allows for up to six different equations of state subroutines. Subroutine STATE1 is a hydrodynamic-elastic-plastic material description with the added feature of vaporization. STATE2 is for the detonation of high explosives, treating the products as ideal gases. STATE4 and STATE5 are currently dummies and can be programmed as the user desires. The subroutine STATE6 included with this version of TOODY treats distended solid materials according to a model which is essentially hydrodynamic, where the needed reference states are described by the Hugoniot of the non-distended material.
