Abstract	The study consists of an analysis of existing and anticipated physical concentration of commercial areas, their relationship, influence and effect on surrounding cities; existing and proposed traffic circulation patterns; existing and proposed future land uses in the areas by generalized categories, and general and specific recommendations for alleviating local deficiencies revealed in the study. The parking section of the study includes an inventory of current supply of parking spaces, an estimate of current and future demand, a determination of present and anticipated deficiencies, and recommendations for improvement of the existing system.
