Abstract	Dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether (CAS No. 34590-94-8) was evaluated for subchronic toxicity. The test substance was applied to the abdominal skin of rabbits (5 males/group) at 0, 3, or 5 cc/kg once a day, 5 days/week for 90 days. Two deaths occurred in the high dose group, as compared to no deaths in the control group. No effects on hematology, organ weight, weight gain, or histopathology were noted.
