Abstract A new scientific research vessel of the USSR is intended for spacecraft control and tracking. This giant scientific ship marks an important stage in the further exploration of space. It is intended to carry improved navigational and scientific equipment, and maximum comfort is provided for the work of its crew and of scientists and specialists.
