Abstract This technical basis document was developed to support RPP-13033, Tank Farms Documented Safety Analysis (DSA). It describes the criteria and methodology for allocating controls to hazardous conditions with significant facility worker (FW) consequence and presents the results of the allocation. The criteria and methodology for identifying controls that address FW safety are in accordance with DOE-STD-3009-94, 'Preparation Guide for US Department of Energy Nonreactor Nuclear Facility Documented Safety Analyses'.
