Abstract	This Corrective Action Investigation Plan (CAIP) for Corrective Action Unit (CAU) 127: Areas 25 and 26 Storage Tanks has been developed in accordance with the Federal Facility Agreement and Consent Order (FFACO) that was agreed to by the U.S. Department of Energy, the State of Nevada, and the U.S. Department of Defense. The general purpose of the investigation is to ensure that adequate data are collected to provide sufficient and reliable information to identify, evaluate, and technically defend potentially viable corrective actions.
