Abstract The current mission of the T Plant Complex is for treatment and storage of liquid mixed waste, storage of contaminated process equipment, decontamination of equipment and materials, and storage, treatment, and repackaging of containerized waste. This mission has been ongoing since before issuance of Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 246-247. A Notice of Construction (NOC) has not been required previously for the T Plant Complex, with the exception of the NOC submitted for the upgrades to the 2706-T Building (Project W-259).
