Abstract The report updates the Waste Management Project (WMP) Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP) to reflect organizational changes resulting from the split of WMP and Analytical Services, and the transition to a project/function group structure. It integrates the ISMS principles into the Quality Assurance Program. It upgrades the environmental requirements to better reflect the information contained within QAMS 004/80. Updates referenced procedures and documents to reflect changes and cancellations made since the last revision of the QAPP was issued. This is a total rewrite of the document, therefore, no revision bars are included.
