Abstract An updated Feasibility Study for a high-performance Neutrino Factory has been undertaken by Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) and the Neutrino Factory and Muon Collider Collaboration (MC). We describe the technical implementation of the facility. Details of the key components are shown, and R and D activities that need to be addressed to proceed toward a facility design are indicated.
