National Technical Reports Library

The National Technical Information Service acquires, indexes, abstracts, and archives the largest collection of U.S. government-sponsored technical reports in existence. The NTRL offers online, free and open access to these authenticated government technical reports. Technical reports and documents in its repository may be available online for free either from the issuing federal agency, the U.S. Government Publishing Office’s Federal Digital System website, or through search engines.

Abstract In conclusion, the MR data on Ucu(sub 4+Pi) Al(sub 8-Pi) both below T(sub Nu) as Well as in the nonordered compositions is negative due to the suppression of spin fluctuations. The nega negative value of Delta Rho/Rho, the quadratic behavior with Beta, and the drop in magnitude with Tau are consistent with the spin theory developed by Ueda. Although the study of the properties of this series remains a challenging problem, a better understanding of the effect of non-magnetic disorder on the band scheme, and the CF excitations are in order.
