Abstract	This report describes the activities of an estimated 10,600 DOD personnel, both military and civilian in Operation TUMBLER-SNAPPER, the third nuclear weapons testing series conducted at the Nevada Proving Ground. TUMBLER-SNAPPER consisted of eight nuclear tests conducted from 1 April to 5 June 1952. Activities engaging DOD personnel included Exercise Desert Rock IV programs, scientific experiments, and DOD support activities. Radiological safety criteria and procedures were established and implemented during Operation TUMBLER-SNAPPER to minimize participants' exposure to radioactivity. (Author)
