Abstract The report describes a quality assurance test of a Stage I Minuteman Motor QA-1304. It presents a detailed motor performance analysis. Test objectives were; demonstrate that the Stage I Motor shall meet the performance requirements defined in Model Specification S-133-1001-0-3; demonstrate that the Stage I Motor meets the reliability requirements of document, TRW-6121-8429-TC-000; demonstrate the average values of ballistic performance and reproducibility; demonstrate the performance of the TVC nozzle system; and, demonstrate the performance of the liner with the new MAPO and ERL-510.
