Abstract The conference was sponsored by the United States Army, Navy, and Air Force and was held in cooperation with the Group on Electromagnetic Compatibility of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. Thirtyeight technical papers were prepared within the broad fields of electromagnetic compatibility, instrumentation, prediction, measurement techniques, cable coupling and shielding, reduction techniques, antennas, transients, and specifications and specifications testing.
