National Technical Reports Library

The National Technical Information Service acquires, indexes, abstracts, and archives the largest collection of U.S. government-sponsored technical reports in existence. The NTRL offers online, free and open access to these authenticated government technical reports. Technical reports and documents in its repository may be available online for free either from the issuing federal agency, the U.S. Government Publishing Office’s Federal Digital System website, or through search engines.

Abstract Dielectric nanoparticles are mixed with low loss polymers to formulate high-dielectric, low-loss inks for millimeter wave 3-D printing. The inks have dielectric constants as high as 12.5, with loss tangents on the order of1e-3 to 1e-2. We demonstrate the ability to print arbitrary structures using these inks, with the possibility of printing more than one ink in a job to enable non-homogenous structures.
